• Supervised team members of 21 staff members comprising of 3 supervisors and 18 technicians for Chambishi metals refinery plant (Roaster and Acid Plant, Copper circuit plant and Cobalt Circuit plant).

• Reduced weekly team labour by 49 percent when multiple process improvements that were implemented successfully.

• Collaborated with the team of 10 technicians in the development of Roaster and Acid plant rehabilitation project which was commissioned in time with minimal hiccups.

• Repeated commended for working in a safe, efficient and accurate manner which led to my promotion of a Supervisor.

• Saved the company approximately $70000USD in the new system cost by maintaining lowest cost of maintenance in the year 2017 – 2018 budget. This was achieved by having proper and efficient scheduled maintenance and keeping the instrumentation control system in top working order.
