Duties – - Secretary to the Senior Surveyor-In-Charge (Project Manager) with Office Management and Administration responsibility that covers wide range of work that includes and not limited to:

- Handling Self correspondence and Emails;

- Provide office and clerical support to currently 32 Nos. engineer surveyors.

- Weekly and monthly data entry of all surveyors submitted Timesheet for survey jobs completed with submitted Visit Reports that are first hand reports of onsite inspections of equipment.

- Preparing a Monthly Survey Summary Reports from surveyors’ summary reports submitted.

- Preparing covering letters for Certification and Reports on Final Survey completion work of industrial equipment carried out by surveying engineers for submission to client MEW;

- Liaison with the M.E.W. – meet MEW Technical Dept. query and requests, register BV letters and collect mails at MEW; Liaison with MEW Contract & Tender Dept and Financial Dept. for BV monthly invoice updates.

- Preparing letters to arrange entry passes for surveyors to various Power station sites etc.;

- Preparation of monthly Invoice letters to be sent to various six (6) Power Station, Technical & Project plant sites for M.E.W for their approval attached with surveyors visit reports;

- Management of office affairs- maintaining Job Control Book and Daily Survey Workbook, maintaining office Filing System; Leave applications, Joining reports etc.

- Maintaining re-order level of stationery and office equipment supply

- Operating and handling troubleshoots of minor networking and office equipment functions-Facsimile, Scanner, Computer, Photocopier, Digital Camera Etc...

- Maintaining and updating ‘BVICON’ a customized Database(Microsoft Access) containing data of Survey/inspection, Certificates/Reports and records of Industrial Equipment – Power Station Boilers, Air Compressors, Air Receivers, Industrial Boilers, Cranes and other Lifting Gears, Lifts & Escalators and other lifting equipment, Welder Qualifications, Hot water heaters and other equipment e.g. Tanks and Pipes etc., owned by M.E.W and other Ministerial and non-Ministerial bodies throughout Kuwait.

- Assist surveyors in preparing & formatting documents for Training Course & presentation related with various Lifts, Cranes and other lifting appliances. Page 2 of 4
