Director – Global HR Operations (2020 – 2021)

Directed Global HRIS, North American Payroll, and Shared Services call center to enhance and support sound decision-making worldwide. Reported to the Head of Global Total Rewards and HR Technology, supervised a seven-member team including two managers.

Key Accomplishments:

•Department owner and project lead on the global implementation of Ceridian Dayforce across 37 countries.

•Project lead on cross-functional team to finalize global HR operating model evaluating roles, responsibilities, procedures, and technology within a HR shared services organization.
