March 2009 to April 2010 I joined the Cricket and relocated to Albuquerque, NM as Indirect Account Manager. I was responsible for the Dealer channel in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM. This area consisted of 22 Premier locations and 8 smaller standard retail locations. Worked through Dealer Principles in partnership to coach, train and mentor their sales teams for success. Worked directly with Dealer Principles to bring locations up to the branded standard in their locations. Added 8 new Premier locations in the Market in less than one year. Made significant contributions in process improvements for the Indirect Channel. I was awarded the Cricket Circle of Excellence for 2009. I was promoted to District Director in March 2010.

April 2010 to July 2011 I served as District Director for the North West Arkansas Area. Brought market to Top 10 National Ranking in Profitability, Sales and Customer Satisfaction during my tenure. Market results were achieved by improving customer retention, net sales, and controlling costs to achieve profitability goals. Streamlined sales processes and headcount while developing a strong motivated team of employees and dealers. Managed name change and successful Re-branding Campaign with a new Client in the northwest. Upgraded Company image to compete with national wireless service providers. Hired and trained sales teams. Retrofitted existing Company Stores and Dealer locations in Montana and Wyoming markets to meet specifications for new retail brand. Reported directly to Company CEO. Restructured retail, indirect and business sales teams including standards of performance, compensation plans and quota expectations. Brought sales from below 70% to over 100% of budget in less than 8 months. Successfully competed with National Brands as a local service provider.
