Participate in client and prospect visits with producer/account executive or by myself

Assist clients with the identification of risks, contract review and any other risk management needs

Organize and prepare information for stewardship meetings, quarterly claims review meeting and pre-renewal strategy meeting with clients

Prepare third party administrator (TPA) requests for proposals, negotiate TPA contract and costs and assist with preparation of claims handling instructions

Provide due diligence assistance for mergers, acquisitions and/or divestitures

Design and negotiate the restructuring of insurance programs post-merger or acquisition, including oversight and restructuring of a program for a $37B merger of two European and US based retail grocery chains

Assist with completing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP)

Assist clients with process of becoming a qualified self-insured for workers’ compensation

Provide clients with information on loss mitigation techniques based on their specific loss trends

Update Agency Management system with marketing file, marketing correspondence and any other project related information
