JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Work on Following Areas in MM:
Configured and handled issues related to SPRO and Master data.
MRP for Stock Transfers.
Define Plants and maintain storage locations for each plant.
Purchasing docs- Purchase Orders, RFQ, Contracts.

INVENTORY ANALYST:
ØInventory Management – Responsible for system cycle count and analysis of inventory turnover periodically to find inventory obsolescence, slow moving, overstock & determines.
ØInventory Controller - Responsible for system cycle count and analysis. Responsible for system stock corrections of production order issues, BOM issues and Back/flushing issues
ØOther Process Stock Corrections – Variant conversion, Change Implementation & Non Conformity Processes are stabilized by identifying the physically used parts against the system and adjusted the same in system Vs Physical stock to ensure accurate inventory.
ØVendor Inventory Analysis – Responsible for Vendor stock reconciliation and correction. Weekly wise analysis the vendor parts inventory value and report the mismatches to respective stakeholders to plan for correct the system issues.
ØOver stock parts analysis – System analysis for overstock parts to identify the root cause for excess receipt parts.
ØResponsible for system stock – correction of production order issues. BOM issues and back flush issues.
BOM ANALYSIS:
Responsible for activities like Analyzing & Correcting error in BOM.
ØBOM – Working with Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management and other supporting functions in order to accurately structure new products and document product changes as part of the product development continuous improvement and sustaining engineering processes.
ØPhysical Validation - Involved in Physical validation and eliminated the errors with respect to stock accuracy and BOM.
ØChange management- Responsible for initiating correction in BOM if any and manage to document and maintain the BOM as per the change implementation plan.
