Restructured recruiting efforts for multiple locations across Orange County by creating an all-inclusive recruiting process, interview guide, and integrated intranet/internet accessibility by all applicants and employees. As a result, streamlined the process and saved over 50% for the first 8-12 weeks of the new employee’s compensation and minimized overall recruiting cost by over 20%.
