·Cause & Effect Verification of Heaters (HDS-H-001, HDS-H-002, LHT-H-001, LHT-H-002)&all the process area.

·Stoke testing of all the process Units valves (ON/OFF, Globe Valves, Rising Stem Ball Valves and Butterfly Valves).

·Hands on experience on control system (C200, C300, FSC Honeywell and TDC-3000, Siemens S7-400).

·Responsible for loop testing for all process Units. ISM, DHDS, CWS, FLS and HBI units.

·Checking Control System Hardware as per drawing and preparing readiness for SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
