My ability to grasp information quickly translates into shorter training periods and more productivity. I am working with NabSteel Company for the last 1.5 years. In my time at Nabsteel I had the following activities:

Designing the cutting, stamping and forging molds for products such as Knife, fork, and spoon in Catia software.

Reverse engineering of mentioned products from points cloud with Catia software.

Simulation of metal forming process for estimating spring back and load with Abaqus software.

Machining the molds with 3-axis CNC milling, lathe, and drilling machine.

3-axis CNC machine programing with PowerMILL software.

Assembling the molds.

Designing the optimized strip for minimal material waste in the blanking process. During my previous role as a mechanical designing expert at Mashin Gostar Company, I was tasked with the following items:

Designing and extracting the engineering drafts for the water purification systems such as pipelines, tanks, Hydro cyclone, and pumps.

Designing and producing an innovative electrical butterfly valve.

Designing the deep drawing mold for manufacturing the big caps of the water tank.

Improving the Hydro cyclone's performance by research and development.

Optimized nesting of the parts sketches in a metallic sheet for CNC plasma cutting with Pronest software.

Designing and manufacturing a cone maker machine which makes a cone from a metallic sheet.

Mechanical designing a hydraulic 100ton tensile test machine. Then, as a machine making expert for Crouse Company which is the largest automotive part manufacturer in Iran, my activities were as follow:

Designing and producing special machines for the testing of automotive parts.

Designing and producing fixtures, tools and devices for the assembly line of automotive parts.

Machining and assembling the designed parts of the machines.

Communication with foreign language colleagues such as Korean, Indian, and Chinese.

Communication with electrical engineers for making the above-mentioned machines. Thus I am familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, valves, pistons, micro switches, sensors, bolts, washers, and materials.

I taught industrial drawing for one semester at the above-mentioned university. My master’s thesis was about Hydro Rotary draw bending process, so I am familiar with any type of tube bending, Hydroforming, and Hydro-piercing process and I published two articles in this field. My bachelor’s thesis was about metal spinning and flow forming process. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I learned about roll bonding, accumulative roll bonding, and the cladding process by self-study and experiment.
