FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Executing Boiler pressure part & piping erection in full accordance with the technical specifications of project.

Pre-assembly and Erection of Boiler supporting Structures, pressure parts systems like water circulation system, economizer system, super heater system, de-super heater system, Re-heater system and power cycle piping like Main Steam, CRH, HRH, Boiler feed water discharge piping, soot blower piping with Supports.

Able to solve construction problems and difficulties arising due to discrepancies in design or material incompatibility.

Erection of Boiler accessories like Critical & Non Critical Piping, safety valves, ERV, Soot blower, wall blower, temp probe and SV- silencer and Boiler Drains, vents piping.

Planning & executing of Boiler hydro test, chemical cleaning test and commissioning.

Coordinating with Contractors of manpower planning for Structure & Mechanical erection works.

Fabrication Erection, welding Inspection and various site management functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpretation of drawings and guiding the contractors to execute the work.

Checking fit ups, arranging the resource.

Selection and Issue of require materials as per the Drawing and codes.

Selection of standard Supports and fabrication of the same as per the drawing.

Resolution of site problems and requests.

Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety

Make necessary piping execution documents.

Supervise the work and give necessary clarifications to contractors as required.

Make day-to-day planning and monitor the progress at site.

Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.

Responsible for materials follow-up for continuous supply and smooth fabrication as well as erection.

Follow up of all non conformance reports (NCR’s).

To conduct regular inspection and ensure mechanical maintenance of equipments.

Good knowledge of coal mill, axial fans, alignment of dial gauges, pumps and valves maintenance and auxiliaries etc.

Good knowledge of rotary parts maintenance activity like a PA fan, FD fan,ID fan, SEAL air fan, AIR PREHEATER.

Planning and implementing preventive $ breakdown, maintenance schedules of utilities for improving overall reliability and safety of equipments $ machinery.

Allocating equipments, managing breakdawn, scheduling & planning of maintenance and coordinating with other service departments.

Coordinating project for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resource to archive organizational activities of plants.

Technical support for maintenance of the plant

Planning and effective preventive & predictive maintenance/ repair schedules of various mechanical equipments.

Making receipts plans, manpower planning and resource planning for the shut dawn.

Involved in onsite emergency plan as coordinator in case of any emergency premises.
