-Responsible for setting of the rooms Division (Front Office, Transportation, Concierge, Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa & Recreation, and Security)

-Responsible for planning of all Rooms Division OS&E and FF&E operations requirement of Hotel opening and post opening operation.
