Recruited to design, launch, implement, and execute end-to-end conversion of multifamily and single-family residences for Hawai‘i Energy direct-install, energy efficiency programs.

Project manages custom energy efficiency direct-installation projects & initiatives including RFQ development, contractor bid selection, project inspection QC/QA, and invoice processing.

Subject matter expert for field operations processes and SOPs through the creation of daily production forms, authoring collateral materials, customer acquisition, maintaining installation supply inventory, and field technician supervision.

Manages field operations tasks for residential efforts through effective communications with channel partner and contractors.

(WAP) to reduce energy demand and subsequent costs for low-income households while ensuring the home health and safety. It is the nation’s single largest residential whole-house energy efficiency program.

As a formally trained energy auditor, evaluated homes to personally prescribe and approve WAP-funded improvements. Eligible appliances included, but were not limited to: solar thermal systems, heat pump water heaters, Energy Star appliances and lighting.
