Client: Swedish Largest Fashion Retailer – Hennes & Mauritz Solu)on for Complex E-commerce Online solu)on

Role: SAP EWM Senior Analyst

Responsible for configuring and suppor)ng End to End outbound Solu)on for client along with Solu)on Architects from order- related replenishment, Wave picking, Packing and )ll Goods Issue. The func)onali)es of Standard EWM Solu)on are enhanced through custom objects to fulfill Retail Client business requirements. This involves gathering business requirements from client Business Experts, Preparing Func)onal Specifica)ons, Providing solu)on and logic to the developers.

She worked at client loca)on Stockholm, Sweden and Off-shore India. Also, she had visited the warehouses in Sweden and Poland and experienced many successful Go-Lives for countries across Europe.

She configured and gained knowledge on below parts of EWM in this project:

Configured the standard Automa)c Wave Assignment/ Release which involves defining the wave templates, implemen)ng the condi)on technique to determine the wave template.

Configured Standard WOCR (Warehouse Order Crea)on Rules) to segregate the numerous WTs from the wave release combining them to warehouse orders based on the filter, limit and sor)ng parameters, Automa)c pick HU crea)on using Packing profile and packaging specifica)on.

Configured Process Oriented Storage Control for mul)-step Outbound processes and Layout Oriented Storage Control to define various drop points/zone in the warehouse.

Performed End – End tes)ng to ensure the deliverables are delivered to Produc)on system without many bugs. Also performed tes)ng for RF, Printer and automa)on devices as well.

Experience in performing Cycle – 0 ac)vi)es such as Staging area, work center bin crea)on, Storage Bin Master data crea)on and upload, Stock Upload which is part Go- Live prepara)on.

Involved in Post Go-Live Support during Hyper Care period

End – End Outbound processes which includes Goods issue, loading via RF, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, waving and Inbound process which includes receiving through Transporta)on Units, Unloading via RF, Quality Inspec)on, Packing, Deconsolida)on, Put-away.

Worked with Automated Warehouse Control Systems i.e. The interface from EWM to PLC through web services (Pick WT to Subsystem, Pick HUs to Subsystem, Pick

confirma)on from Subsystem to EWM)

Experience in transferring various master data from ECC to EWM via Standard CIF methodology

Working with SAP for EWM performance improvements and fixing of Standard SAP bugs via OSS Notes

Working with Transfer Pos)ngs and Pos)ng Changes, Scrapping in EWM and ECC

Was the part of ABAP for one year, so have worked on the development of various custom reports, notes

implementa)on, iden)fying the bugs via debugging.
