1.CONSTRUCTION OF MAF 1MW PV SOLAR TRACKER PROJECT:

The project involves construction of single axis Bi-facial 1MW Tracker (solar PV plant) in Mina Al Fahal which includes grading, levelling & backfilling, pile foundations. Supply of solar panels, trackers, inverters, testing, commissioning and performance testing of complete system by maintaining design criteria, inverter station, cables laying (DC&AC), aesthetics, access to the vehicles and handing over the complete system.

Completed Projects:

1) SOLAR POWER PROJECT AT MAF PRKING LOTS (Ph-1 & 2):

Design, Supply, Installation, Pre-commissioning, Testing and Commissioning of complete 8 MWp capacity solar PV power plant at Mina Al Fahal area by installing PV solar panels at new and existing modified parking lots with structural steel and hooking to the existing grid with related civil/structural foundation works and associated external works like kerb stone installation, interlock paving/asphalt laying with allied traffic signs, parking lane /road markings, inverter station, cables laying (DC & AC) etc...

2.CONSTRUCTION OF BMF (BAIT MINA AL FAHAL) BUILDING WITH INTERIOR DECORATION ($ 83mn)

Project Overview: The project involves construction of New Head Quarter building. The building has a built-up area of 35,000 M2 and biggest office building in Oman. It has G+3 floors, 12 no. of Workstation with an area of 900m2 each, 6 passenger lifts & 3 Service Lifts, Substations and service compound, 3 Culverts, 300m long Drain Channel, Roads & 955 nos of shaded Car parking area.

4.PDO Pension Fund Properties ($14 mn):

Demolish 19 no’s of existing villas (19 plots) and construct twin 4 bedrooms, double story villas on each plot resulting in 38 Villas each with a built up area of approximately 400m2 under PDO Pension Fund Property at MSQ (Madinat Sultan Qaboos) area.

5. SHELL DEVELOPMENT OMAN (SDO-$6.5mn):

Construction of 3 story new building with raised plinth level around which includes extensive external works, roads, car parking, guard house, sub-station compound, landscaping and car parking shade structures. A three-story core is at east & west end which provides ancillary accommodation (lift, main staircase, toilets, pantries, meeting rooms, fire escape stair and plant rooms etc.) and the central section of the building is two story’s with staff car parking at ground level and the main office area at first floor level

6. 33 KV MIS & 11KV MIS (Main Intake Station $4.6 mn):

Construction of new 33 KV &11 KV switchgear building for installing the new 11KV Gas Insulated Switchgear and associated equipment like 415V switchboard, 110V DC UPS System, HV& LV Power cables, lighting and small power DB, Control & Automation & HVAC System within the Main Intake Station (MIS) premises in MAF (Mina Al Fahal) area.

7. WELLS LEARNING CENTRE ($ 4mn)

The Wells Learning Centre, a joint venture between PDO and Shell, is a first for the Sultanate and marks a step change in the level of training for well control and certification. A state-of-the-art training facility for experienced wells professionals and newcomers. The building consists of seven classrooms, four simulator rooms, two break-out rooms, a recreational area and a model room and at full capacity will be able to train several thousand students a year. It boasts the latest touch screen technology, digital monitors and gauges to measure reservoir pressure, volumes and flow rates. Instructors can also devise a series of different simulated challenges around well control situations, which fully test the aptitude of trainees in a safe environment

9. CONSTRUCTION OF MAF SKY WALK WAY ($ 4mn)

To construct a structural steel sky walk way (376 mt) at Mina Al Fahal linking the new HQ building to the Existing Green wing Building with exit points for the new Restaurant, new mosque and other emergency exits

10.PDO NEW SECURITY OFFICE ($3mn)

A new security office building was constructed near existing security office at Gate No: 2 with G+1 floor, which include central reception, break out area, central security control room etc. The building will represent the PDO image for outsiders/visitors

11. Bulk Earth works-Ras Al Hamra Development project Phase-1 ($ 2.6mn)

PDO planned as a part of RAH development project to source out the Bulk Earth works for the residential development at RAH area in Muscat Governorate in Oman. The Bulk earthworks includes formation of two haul roads, bulk excavation (Rocks) imported fill and overall site preparation in order to create structural build platforms for residential villas, town houses & apartments, school, golf course and all associated infrastructure.

12. Construction of EcOman Centre/Museum ($ 2 mn): (GIFT TO THE NATION)

Oman Government and PDO management decided to construct an EcOman Museum for public with built up area of approximately 1400 m2 on behalf of 40th National day.

13.TELECOM BUILDING EXT & UPS BUILDING WITH BACK UP GENERATOR ($3.5mn):

Extension of existing Telecom building which is just inside PDO Gate No: 1 is to accommodate more staff and suit plan office and to provide raised access floor system to existing as well as new Server rooms. Relocation of existing 400KV UPS from computer building to Telecom building including construction of new UPS room.
