Job Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager Secretary to CEO (American Eagle of International Brands).

Schedule Management: As Assistant Manager Secretary, I coordinate the schedule of my boss. Prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meeting, deadlines presentations and other duties of the executive office are carried out seamlessly. I often make travel arrangements, coordinating flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics.

As an Assistant Manager Secretary, my tasks include filing, scanning, mailing, preparing correspondence, answering telephones, making photocopies, organizing Couriers (In & Out) etc.

Coordinating meetings & arranging of conference room: I arrange meetings; secure the locati

-on for the meeting, such as a conference room or restaurant; and prepare any materials that are required for the meeting.

Handling: Air ticket, Hotel & Car bookings (National & International): I am responsible arranging flights ticket, hotel rooms and rental cars. Making sure the trip goes smoothly includes understanding my boss' travel preferences, knowing the schedule and being able to coordinate various details into one seamless itinerary. For example, does the boss prefer to take overnight flights or fly during the day? Does he prefer a specific hotel chain? Take a proactive approach by covering all of the various details that are involved with travel to make trip a success.

I often manage all forms of communication for my boss, serving as the gatekeeper. I am aware of the calls that should be put through to my boss and those that can wait. My phone etiquette is polite and professional.

Records and Reports

Various office reports are typically generated by me, I am simultaneously charged with creating spreadsheets and charts, maintaining databases and writing departmental status reports. Prepare papers, agendas and other relevant materials for team and attendees prior to key meetings
