Responsible for the incoming material receipt, proper storage of material, material issue. Stock updating preparation, entries (Oracle), maintain all relevant records about inventory etc.

Checking for damage/shortage and prepare report.

Have good knowledge about accessories and maintain appropriate identification of each item, to maintain specific storage conditions as applicable for those categories of parts

Preparing stock statement on monthly basis, to keep track of incoming & outgoing materials.

Ensuring all storage facilities are in proper working order e.g. checking for loose racks, damaged pallets etc.

Ensuring good housekeeping (i.e. checking for spillage of oils, dirty walls, obstructions).

Ensure correct accounting of stores.
