• My current position is Senior in charge of the ID Grinding and Surface Grinding department for the past 20 years. I set-up, program and run various machines. Including the Usach CNC ID grinder with siemens control, Okamoto CNC ID grinder with Fanuc controls. I also run the automatic Parker and Majestic and Bryant ID Grinder . Our Surface grinding department consist of Kent automatic and Manuel machines which I also work on.

• Tolerance on the above machines are held between .0003 and .0010

• I have experience running the gear cutters and hobbing machines throughout my time at Sun Gear.

• Our product consists of Gears, Shafts, Splines and Ring Gears that are produced go to the Aero Space Division throughout the world. Sun Gear has made gears that have gone on the Space Shuttle, The Hubble Telescope, B1 Bomber Space Station and many more.

• When needed I have operated the CNC lathes.

• I have worked in the Inspection department.

• I was night Supervisor from 1995-2002 in charge of 8 production staff. I been fortunate to work in an Aero Space Gear Shop for the last 34 years in all aspects of the shop where ever I was needed, I was given the opportunity to learn and excel throughout the years, we do work for a lot of the Large Aero Space companies.
