QUALIFICATIONS

Twenty-Six years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Nine years of machining/supervisory experience prior to residing in Kansas as a Production Specialist/Supervisor of complex ceramic materials. Continued my career in both the Aerospace field and Plastics field with Industrial, Preventative and Technical Maintenance, CNC Machining and Supervisory roles.

Continually have worked in fast-paced, major manufacturing facilities. Extensive and detailed knowledge of Industrial Maintenance (both Preventative and Technical Maintenance), as well as repair and replacement maintenance activities on all primary industrial and secondary equipment. Thorough knowledge of all production phase’s regarding ceramics, metals and plastics. In-depth knowledge with prioritizing daily work orders to identify required repair, plan and use resources effectively to complete preventative, technical and emergency maintenance and standard repairs with large scale projects with minimal disruption or downtime to production and reducing cost and waste.

Knowledgeable in performing diagnostics and repair of VSD and other instrumentation as well as performing diagnosis and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. Sound understanding of Electrical repairs. Extremely proficient in reading/understanding blue print drawings, Quality Control and inspection of parts and using SPC-Quality-Control programs such as Zontec and Synergy applications. Knowledge of working with hybrid ceramics and metals in order to mill, turn, bore, and ream parts from extrusions, bar stock, forging, plate, assemblies or composites in needs to meet or exceed the required specifications by means of CNC programs, NC programs, and manual operations. Programming skills, (mainly with the use of "Prospector Programming" program). Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficient in the use and calibration of precision instruments including, but not limited to; micrometers, calipers, digital optical comparators and Rams, drop indicators, and Zygo laser measuring equipment. I own all of my own tools.

Thorough knowledge and experience of manual machining, CNC machining, and grinding. Highly adept in several different types NC and CNC controls (“Multi-spindle 5 axis Gantry”, “Achromatic", "Mazak", "Fanuc", “MAS auto pallet system”, and several others). Highly trained in pneumatic six-axis robotic programming, as well as six-axis SNK mills. Grinding precision specialist. Thorough knowledge of set-up and production on Center less, Double-Disk, OD, and ID grinders. Certified in laser operations.

Company provided International travel to Mexico for the set-up of new machines and production facilities. In addition, company provided travel to Dallas, Texas on several occasions for assistance of the aerospace facility in that location. Continuously have worked with minimal or no supervision. Strong ability in analyzing and identifying the needed tools, parts, equipment and supplies to complete assigned work orders and assigned tasks correctly the first time.
