PROFILE

I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA. I have been training clients for over 7 years. Growing up, I was your typical student that did not join extracurricular activities. My childhood was not glamorous, but it taught me that your past can either make you or break you. I found that fitness is a way to escape – taking something negative and using it to fuel something positive. Fitness to me is challenging my limits through vigorous workouts and high intense exercises. I was able to reach a level of fitness you would have never imagined. At the time, fitness was more of a form of therapy that I enjoyed. From consistently pushing myself harder, random people would ask me questions about working out. I never thought I would become a trainer, but many people suggested I should. Now I train clients from ages 12 to 90. There is no greater joy to me than seeing the expression and excitement of a client face on reaching a goal they never imagine to reach
