• Reviewing and ensuring that the shop drawings and material submittals are presented to the appropriate bodies with adequate supporting information.

• Attending coordination meeting between the civil department and the electro-mechanical department to arrange the civil start up according to their deadlines.
• Submitting daily inspection requests and following its progress with the Consultant.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site team and labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Ensure the required material and equipment are ordered/ delivered before starting the works.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Prepared time schedules for Subcontractors tasks to achieve the Projects main schedule
• Follow up the subcontractors works and ensure handing over to the client properly.
• Preparing the productivity for the labors for each item for the project manager.
