• Liaise with consultant’s representatives and QC Eng. for inspection upon completion of the work.

- Composite concrete sections, R.C. works, Finishing works, Stone & Aluminum cladding Responsibilities at QA/QC Department:

• Ensuring that completed works are offered for inspection/approval within specific dates/programs.

• Provide and produce method statements, Quality Inspection Checklist, and ITP’s.

• Ensuring that all required tests are performed and follow appropriate specifications.

• Reviewing and ensuring that the shop drawings and material submittals are presented to the appropriate bodies with adequate supporting information.

• Ensuring that materials are inspected upon delivery to ensure they comply with the various specifications.

• Conducts quality audit to check that site construction plans and specifications were implemented vis-à-vis quality assurance standards.

• Correspondence to management, Construction Management, execution team, sub contractors and to other related.

• Ensure the training and inductions of the method statements of the activities are inducted to operation team.

• Controlling all non-conforming products or workmanship and implementing the required preventive actions.

• Ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are taken when required.

• Preparing and following up the close-out/ handing over document with the consultant and the client.

• Ensuring that staff is aware of their responsibilities in respect of quality issues. Responsibilities at Operation Department:

• Fully responsible of all construction activities for the project.

• Attending progress meeting along with Project Director and construction managers and Sub contractors to discuss further weekly target plan included ordering materials and follow up with suppliers for delivery deadlines.

• Attending coordination meeting between the civil department and the electro-mechanical department to arrange the civil start up according to their deadlines.

• Submitting daily inspection requests and following its progress with the Consultant.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site team and labor force and the work of any subcontractors.

• Ensure the required material and equipment are ordered/ delivered before starting the works.

• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.

• Prepared time schedules for Subcontractors tasks to achieve the Projects main schedule

• Follow up the subcontractors works and ensure handing over to the client properly.

• Preparing the productivity for the labors for each item for the project manager.

• Preparing reports and presentation as required.

• Liaise with commercial department for payment for the subcontractors and the client.

• Keeping the required level of safety and quality to site activities.

• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.

• Ensuring the efficient use of material, equipment, and manpower

• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and provisions through construction and ending with the handing over.
