Prepares the Project Organization Chart, Project Management Consultant/Third Party inspection Services, Manpower allocation Chart and Mobilization / Demobilization plan for Design and Construction Projects

Involves in the preparation of the EPC Base line schedule for Oil & Gas Projects including Progress Measurement System, Resources Loading, ‘’S” curves, Bar Charts, Histogram etc. using PRIMAVERA P6 V7.0 software in accordance with contractual scope of work and project duration by considering the QA/QC, HSE Standards, rules and regulations of Client.

Updating the CPMS and preparation of Meeting Materials for Weekly Construction Meeting to the Client

Monitors the actual site construction progress of Sub Contractors daily and ensure the reports accurately reflect the actual performance and productivity.

Preparing progress percentage calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis.

Progress measurement using S-Curves.

Preparing executive Progress Summary Report, Presentation to the Top Management on Project status for periodical review.

Involved in Shutdown related works.

Support for Pre-commissioning activities to follow-up the progress in a certain way like, system and sub-system wise

SHUTDOWN RESPONSIBILIES
