Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Responsible for operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system.

Submit and reconcile expense reports. Provide general support to visitors. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
