Done 1-month industrial workshop training in “URJA NISSAN AUTOMOTIVE PVT, PATLIPUTRA PATNA.”

Review: Our main objective was reutilizing the scrapped vehicle. Our car is eco- friendly, and its speed is 30km/hr. It covers approx. 60km at minimal cost of 15- 20Rupees.

Current Company: - GE Diesel Locomotive Pvt. Ltd.

• Currently looking for all activities related to Quality in Bottom Side assembly and Final Inspection.

• Incoming Quality Inspection of child parts supplied on assembly Line.

• Initiating NCMR for any defect.

• Follow-up with cross functional team for NCMR closure.

• Final and stage inspection of locomotive.

• Filling all data into reliance tool and ensuring no backlog in tool.

• Managing Oracle transaction for parts supplied on line found defected.

• Update QA Process documentation and Daily status reports

• Work with Product Management, Engineering and Operational groups in order to improve quality

• To assist with various projects as directed by management

• Performs mathematical calculations, technical specification, analysis and report documents

• Lead for Physical inventory projects and work closely with warehouse/material team during PI count

• Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Management/ Engineering team and work with them to resolve the issues
