Description: Lanco Kondapalli Power Ltd works on a Combined Cycle and the principle is that the exhaust of one heat engine is used as the heat source for another, thus extracting more useful energy from the heat, increasing the systems overall efficiency. Here we discuss about various cycles and equipment used in the combined cycle power plant.

B. Tech Project:

Title: Thermal analysis of heat transfer in pin fins. o Abstract: In this study we compare the heat transfer due to convection of the flat plate to that of the pin fin heat sink in natural convection steady state heat transfer. The variation in heat transfers, the temperature distributions will be analyzed experimentally as well as in the ANSYS Workbench. And also Compared the heat flux for both the cases will be evaluated based on experimental study. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
