Worked as BMS Operator at Presidential Flight(VVIP Airport) for EMCO LLC, Abu Dhabi From 02nd Feb 2010 until 05th Feb 2019.

Job Responsibilities:

As BMS Operator was responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system and monitor all plant activities of the airport/building services.

Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for implementation and handle the follow up on the same.

Analyse the behaviour of the plants with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters.

Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.

Analyse reasons of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial actions for Supervisor’s approval

Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided to the customer.

Program the BMS and PPM system and other plants (e.g. standby power generator, fire fighting pump, fire alarm system,,lifts, CCTV, Access control system etc.) for automatic periodic testing.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting To: Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer

Continuous monitoring of the Status and parameters of the different equipment’s which includes mechanical,electrical,plumbing, LV equipments connected to the BMS system.

Acknowledging critical, low level alarms and inform the concerned technicians to check the fault and field status of the equipment for which critical alarms are received.

Monitor the HVAC system in the BMS for its healthy/efficient operation and override settings as per the requirements to maintain the standard.

If any abnormalities are found in the equipment’ s / system, report immediately to the shift supervisor, Chief engineer.

Assist the OEM vendors in carrying out the equipment maintenance and note down the observations for future records & actions

Attend briefing session and provide the detail information about the activities happened in the shift and hand over the shift to the team.

Handling the complaints through espresso system(CMMS) and updating the same once the work order is completed.
