The provision of lightning protection to the system has been optimized hence the area in Mpumalanga has high risk of lightning strikes in the high lands.
2. Revamp of Johannesburg Water waste plant-JHB Water, Goudkoppies Soweto Renewal of JH water includes 7 x MCCs in different plant operations including 4 x Linked PLC panels which are interconnected through a fiber line. The installation has to be planned strategically in order to have minimal interruptions to the basic services water supply to the JHB community. 3. 3 x Underground Water Evaporators and Generator Supply - Mbuyelo Mine, Ogies Design and manufacture of fully equipped Containerized MCC to automate 3 x 55kW pumps, 3 x 55kW evaporators permanently powered by a 600kVA Generator. 4. Replacement of 300KW Lime Mill – Idwala Minerals, Benoni Detail design for a suitable existing mill by replacing a 300kW Motor with a 315kW Motor. The new MCC to automate the new 315kW Motor driving the existing. The mill gearbox should lineup with the new motor without major modifications to the plinth, pinion and gearbox. 5. 4 x Water Evaporators – Ghaamsberg Mine, Northern Cape Design and manufacture of fully PLC equipped Containerized MCC to automate 4 x 45kW pumps, 4 x 45kW evaporators permanently powered by a 600kVA Generator. The setup is fully mobile with direction of seasonal wind to match the Northern Cape environment. Notable Achievements in this role

1. Grundfos Panel delivery improvement lead times – The panel order intake improvement due to customer satisfaction on order intake from R30 000.00 to R700 000.00 monthly. 2.
