Selected Achievements:

Conceptualized the design of high-rise buildings such as the Katara Lusail tower in Qatar. The Structure is an iconic 5-star and 6-star hotel that will serve the purpose of future hospitality landmark in Lusail City.

Experienced in bridge design such as the two main bridges “Access Road to DNSTP” in Qatar. The bridges are post-tensioned concrete box girder consisting of 4 spans ranging between 29.3m and 41m.

Expert on Post-tensioned slab design using RAM-Concept and CSI-bridge: Designed several multi-type post-tensioned slabs and beams with spans up to 35m in several projects world-wide.

Designed several water tanks and infra-structures such as tunnels, culverts, chambers and manholes in GCC area.

Position held: Site Engineer and Head of Section

Managed all on-site related activities occurring in 1 of 14 tower blocks of the “Ocean Parade” residential project, a major real estate development comprised of 14 tower blocks overlooking a lagoon with facilities such as tennis courts, a health club, swimming pool and squash courts, and extensive gardens. Each tower consists of 14 floors each 750 m2 along with the other mentioned facilities.

Supervised a team of 2 subcontractors and worked closely with the project manager and the deputy managing director to meet construction deadlines.

BEB Engineering Office & Freelance Beirut, Lebanon

Local Contracting firm founded in 1982 February 2013-Present

Position held: Structural Consultant

Orchestrated the structural system and design of the iconic “Tour Entente” in Abidjan, Ivory Coast: The 30-storey multi-functional tower will be a landmark in Abidjan. Coordinated efficiently with all trades to reduce total project cost.

Providing Structural support and consulting services to BEB contractor, value engineering and slashing project costs by as much as 20% while ensuring top tier safety and adherence to relevant standards and codes.

Established the structural design of Adonis 2028: 8-storey residential building consisting of a total built up area of 2650m2 and supervised its construction. The structure was in a high seismic region which entailed attentiveness to structural detailing.

Developed the structural and architectural plans of Adonis 1823: 6-storey residential foyer consisting of a total built up area of 2525m2 and was responsible for following up on site activities.

Developed the structural concept and final design of Adma 407 villa: A complex modern architectural villa with 12m spans and 5m cantilevers in a high seismic zone region.
