HR FUNCTIONS

Plan, manage and synchronize the entire of the HR functions & Administration activities.

Develop; define competitive and professional recruitment methods.

Job offer, employment contracts arrangement and contracts termination and handover/exit process.

Initiate all proceedings related to changes, affecting the employment status & employee relations

Promotion policy and transfers by employee performance evaluation.

Organize the office operations and procedures such as correspondences, documentation and translation.

Performance appraisal management

Ensure an excellent work environment and strengthen the communication between various departments.
