Managed hundreds of kids at annual basketball camps while being a teacher, mentor, and leader for them

Mercer Men’s Basketball Player June 2018- Present

Developed vital skills of communicating with teammates and coaches, leading younger peers, handling intense pressure daily, competing at a high level, and learning how to be coachable, adaptable, and accountable
Leadership and Volunteer Activities
Captain of high school basketball team from 2016-2018. Included logistical decisions and managing any team issues.
Spent a semester going to an elementary school in Macon to help assist teachers and tutor students who grew up in less fortunate situation than ourselves. Consistently tutored teammates at Mercer in various subjects.
Currently volunteering at Books for Africa in Roswell, GA, sorting and organizing donated books in order to send them to third-world African countries and less fortunate children.
