AARP was in the process of digital transformation and changed the project management methodology from waterfall to agile for it. As a part of its, AARP was upgrading their mobile app development at the moment.

Worked with the product owner to facilitate preparation and prioritization of the product backlog and with team to finalize Sprint backlog.

-Managed district support program for Rasuwa district from 28th April to 8th August 2015 after the major earthquake of 25th April 2015 in Nepal.
