Guiding the AL – operators in assembly and following BOM calls for all the gear box models
After testing process the ok gear box are stored in pallets and rejected gear boxes will be rectified in rectification area with proper guidance
Maintaining monthly and daily production database, MH report, Gear box report in excel sheets and circulated through MS outlook
Maintaining 5s all over the work place.
Support Supplier performances (highlight and address the issue / analyze the root cause).
Making sure availability of material from out source vendors.
