Work style and ethic:
Communication : I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I have great listening abilities too. I was a cheerleader always behind those in positions of influence and power encouraging them to do their best.
Multitasking : I handled the phone lines, dealt with staff and spoke to clients face to face if the need arose. I would also handle the cleaning staff’s program and problems when they arose.
Prioritising : I am able to tackle many issues at once with style and grace. I am also able to execute multiple projects at the same time.
Organisational skills : I am organised in every task and project I take on. I followed the office’s traditional filing system to make it easy for other staff members to find files.
Interpersonal skills :I maintained excellent relationships within the organisation from the security guard to management and guests we got along well.
Technical skills : I am efficient with the switchboard phone system. I am effective with the copier and printer too. As a first language level English speaker Microsoft word is easy to use.
Former employment and reasons for leaving
I left Pixel Perfect productions and Mqanda Group in February 2020. Due to differences between my manager and myself.
I moved to a call center where I earn basic with commission.
I am not happy there as the environment is toxic.
Mqanda Group merged with pixel perfect productions. So I stayed with the same company its just differences that lead to my leaving.
Company duties:
opening the office
Supervision of cleaning staff.
Welcoming of clients and guests
Making them tea and coffee
Ensuring that they have what they need (if they need to make copies or scan)
Delivery collection
Mail sorting
Bill filing
General filing.
I would purchase refreshments, stationery and food for management.
I would compile a petty cash spending file.
Any thing that the building managers wanted or needed would go through me.
Basic Security checks.
