Prepare and manage sales budgets, sales strategy, annual sales plans, specify goals and targets for each store and direct the efforts of the Store Managers and monitor their performance, take corrective actions when needed, deliver the agreed business performance while continuously seeking to exceed it.

Maximize sales and profitability of the business
