Deal with all escalated enquiries from First Source. Support Flight Changes with schedule changes, offering suitable alternatives and liaising with the Customer to reach resolution.

Handle flight preparation/marshalling/hi-loader loading/ aircraft loading; make sure load/offload items are inspected before sending the catering trucks back to catering unit.

Liaison with ground supporting teams and other stake holders for access to aircraft for loading catering on board

Report immediately to the manager on duty for any foreign object/complaints noticed in the aircraft, ramp area.
