1999 - 2003 Participated as a Software Development team member to design, develop implement, enhance and maintain the web-based CRM application KARMA. This application was developed using the Java programming language and followed the System Development Methodology known as the Waterfall method.
1999 – 2003 Developed the Business Process Designer (BPD) a visual programming application. This Visual Basic Application executes in MS Visio as a drawing file (.vsd). This software tool enables Program Managers and Business Analysts to design flow charts simulating business logic that can be saved to the database and later executed by the KRAMA processing engine.
