Should be developing strategy for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the project.

Good operation knowledge in smooth start-up and shut down activities. Thorough understanding of ESD level systems and trip logics. Knowledge in ESDV, SDV, On/OFF VALVES. Review of trip interlocks and alarm trip settings in PLC & DCS.

Worked as Sr. Commissioning Engineer in Dual Feed cracker Unit (Naphtha/C2+) of capacity of 220 KTA, technology provided by CB&I Technology.

Actively participated in the commissioning, stabilization of cold section and tertiary refrigeration compressor. Successfully faced the problems like cold box failure

In cracker unit handling the following key operations in Furnace, compressor and cold panel along Hydrogen production operations.

Furnace Section: Start-up, safe shut down operations and Decoking of SRT-6 dual feed furnace, operation of equipment’s like Gasoline Fractionators, Quench Tower, and Dilution Steam Generation Circuit, High pressure Steam generation, condensate polishing unit etc.

Compressor Section: Handling the Charge gas compressor (14 MW and 5 stage compressor) and Tertiary Refrigeration Compressor (9.5 MW and 3 stage compressor) driven by steam turbine, charge gas dryer regeneration operations etc.

Cold Section: Handling Chilling train’ Also handling the start-up, shutdown,catalyst bed regeneration of Acytelyne convertor, MAPD Convertor, Pyrolysis Gasoline hydrogenation reactors, C4/C5 hydrogenation reactor, regeneration of propylene and ethylene dryers, also handling the operations related to Pressure swing adsorption unit for H2 purification(4 Stage) provided by UOP technologies.
