Honeycomb Sandwich structures which can dissipate considerable energy by large plastic deformation under impact/blast loading have effective way to analyze the absorbing capacity

Focuses on the dynamic behavior of aluminum honeycomb therefore modelling it in CATIA software and analysis is done in Abaqus

OBJECT SORTING USING IR SENSOR

Construction of a robot to sort objects on basis of size using IR sensors to segregate them off by the conveyor belt It is used in companies which uses huge lot and use this method to segregate the objects The project focuses on detection of an objectof a certain size (h1) using IR Sensors

Segregation of the detected object using arm mounted on Servo motor into respective bins. Similarly, detect and segregate objects of another size h2 such that h1>h2

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF COMPOSITE WIND

TURBINE BLADE

Designed the blade’s aerodynamic contour that has been modelled in Creo and analysis has been done using ANSYS Workbench

The way of combining Creo and ANSYS was adopted to establish the blade model to describe actual shape and layer structure of the composite blade
