JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of Product & Process feasibility report and get approval from the customer.

Drawing review and check for flaws & feasibility for both checking & manufacturing.

Attend internal & customer design reviews for both press tools & checking fixtures.

Preparation of balloon drawing & Layout inspection report and get approval from the customer.

Receiving all detail element drawing & Gauge drawing from the design team.

Before tool assembly all element Manual inspection, Heat treatment inspection, CMM inspection follow-up activities.

Ensure the gauge parameters meet the customer parameter. And follow-up gauge calibration.

Corrective action & Preventive action for NG tool elements.

Responsible for raising non-conformance reports to suppliers in case it doesn’t meet our

Requirement.

After tool assembly is done Tool Static inspection & Dynamic Inspection as per STD.

After the tool trail collect the entire related document from Assembly team.

After trial part inspection, Outsource inspection follow up and report preparation & CFT for NG dimension closing the same.
