JOB PROFILE

Carry out breakdown Maintenance for equipment on the line in coordination with maintenance team.

Responsible for all production and maintenance activities during the shift.

Deliver production as per the production plan during the shift And Ensure qualities of all products are within specifications of the company.

Direct responsibility for achieving the targeted yields; minimize losses and usage factors for RM/PM and consumables during the shift.

Follow daily routines to ensure efficient machine upkeep and minimum breakdown.

Planning weekly preventive maintenance activities and completing the activities in coordination with team.

Co-ordinate with other departments like supply chain, stores, quality, maintenance, HR for smooth operation.

Responsible for manpower management during the shift including manpower requisition for casual labor, work allocation, and shift schedule planning.

Responsible for timely filling up of the shift report, tracking daily production indicators and generating relevant MIS.

Maintain and develop high levels of safety of people, equipment and facility to prepare & effectively implement action plan to improve overall equipment efficiency of production.

Planning half and yearly Preventive maintenance activities with ordering the required spare parts for Each Machine.

Managing Line operations through:

Meeting daily production schedules by ensuring availability of line, labour and packing material.

Ensure line readiness in accordance to the appointed production schedule.

Monitoring Line Productivity (NE), Line Quality KPMs, Yields, Production Plan compliance, OT reduction, Production

Breakage, Multi Skill Index, No of OPLs and Kaizen & Injuries.
