●GASSI TOUIL/ARZEW Integrated LNG project (2003-2006) REPSOL: a standard production-sharing. It provides for development: the drilling of 52 development wells, the recovery of 16 existing wells, construction of surface facilities for treating (extraction of condensate and LPG, decarburization) 22 million m3/day of raw gas, the construction of new transmission capacity of 6.5 billion of m3/year gas sales, building a new plant liquefaction of a nominal capacity of 04 MT/ year extendible to 8 MT/ year.

Adrar Oil Refinery Project, Algeria (2001-2004) Soralchin: a $350m refinery near the town of Adrar, 1,500 km south-west of Algiers, to process 600,000 t/y of crude oil and produce 20,500 t/y of propane and 323,000 t/y of butane. This is a grass root refinery involving conventional process units.
