Food & Beverage Service Manava Restaurant is the hotel's spectacular Restaurant, served to a total estimated 600-900 covers per day.
Reporting F&B Manager or Assistant Food and Beverage Director.
In the absence of manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
Conducting on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member.
Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures where appropriate.
