• Strictly observing standards provided by AASHTO and ASTM to satisfy consultant by the output provided to them whether its site monitoring or material testing.

• Prepare necessary documents for the material testing of the whole Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 project.

• Strictly supervise quality testing of materials used on MMSS-3 project such as cement, concrete, rebars, and etc.

• Inspect 6-10 rebar structures a day without compromising its quality.

• Supervise the concrete pouring of 10-15 structures per week while strictly following standards and preparing the proper document necessary.

• Examine materials 3 times per week to determine if its adequate to provide operation department need to give quality output.

• Closely examine post tensioning sub-contractor (VSL) to determine whether they follow the standards regarding the stressing and grouting of AASHTO Precast Girders.
