RECENT CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Within my first month working with UWM, I became the Management Review Captain, Client Request Captain, and Closing Captain. I have been a mentor to new hires and helped them develop their processes. I was responsible for curating and presenting a quality improvement training program to my entire division in my first 2 months. As the Office Coordinator at the Colorectal Clinic of Michigan over the course of 12 months, I implemented a new telemedicine program and monitored operation during the initial lock down for the clinic. I delivered strategic plans to foster a hands-on training environment for different clinical functions as well as streamlined communication platforms and documentation procedures.
