Host/ Supervisor Resident Aide
*The Resident Aide assists in the Bed Stabilization site under the direction of the Program Director in establishing a safe, clean, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of hospitality for clients. Duties:
*Assist in welcoming and orienting clients to the Bed Stabilization site and its program
*Serve dinner (from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.) and prepare and serve a light breakfast (from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m.) each evening and morning
*Closely observe, monitor, and supervise the clients and Security guard and the condition of the site from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
*Work with Security to de-escalate conflictual situations that may arise
*Maintain a current inventory of Bed Stabilization supplies including food, condition of beds, linens, hospitality kits and report the inventory to the Program Director/ Program Administrator
* Close garbage beds and seal all garbage and trash containers nightly
