● Prepare and present Business Case/s, reports and proposals in order to ensure the Steering Committee makes informed decisions, obtain adequate funding and meet all committed milestones.

● Working on providing a new digital platform for our CSR’s (customer service reps) so they are able to interact with our clients more efficiently without having to navigate to multiple applications to provide a better user/customer experience. This effort alone has brought the screen time for the CSR’s from ~50 seconds to under ~33 seconds with relevant client data provided on the main screen.

● Implemented a new direct channel with HODINKEE (high end watches) to provide insurance and eliminate the paperwork required to insure high end watches. This digital channel generated 500K in revenue in 2020 and projected to grow 10% YOY.

● Part of a team assessing the implementation of a CRM solution (Duck Creek/Salesforce) to provide exceptional customer experience and move away from the current in-house built admin and billing platforms.

● Redesigned our Agent portal to a more self-help model which directly resulted in a reduction of Agent calls to our help desk by 23% month over month.

● Created new revenue generation streams to capture potential Chubb customer data and provide the Sales and Distribution team with potential leads. New lines of business for Chubb in the last 12 months have generated an 18% conversion rate.

● Responsible for PRS (Personal Risk Services) digital transformation program. Partner with various PRS business teams (Finance, Risk consulting, Sales & Distribution, Actuarial etc.) to understand current business processes and recommend scalable digital platform solutions.
