Overseas Experience Dubai United Arab: Total 5 years of Emirates well known and leading construction firm in UAE with Al Marwan general Company.

Duties Responsibility :

Office boy/office assistant : AL Marwan Company Sharjah (2016 to till date). Duties Responsibility.

1. Preparation all kind of coffee tea and drinks include Arabic coffee, American coffee using a coffee machine for mentioned drinks. 2. Making the drinks juce of the employees and guests 3. Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all time (i.e. soap, air freshener, coffee, tissue, tea, sugar, etc). 4. Delivers and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to office staff and faculty members as per their requirements.

5. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office have to offer water, tea and drinks to the visitors and staff. Performs various duties such as helping in taking orders from customers and visitors . 6. Clean all the Office start of the day include table chair windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaning equipment sponges, or squeegees,

7. Serviced and supplied restrooms gathered and emptied trash. 8. Cleaned building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming stocking and supplying designated facility areas Uses cloths, hoses, chemicals, and water to clean.

9. Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.

10.Monitored building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not create.

11.Followed procedures for the louse of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

12.Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed. 13.Answering and forwarding phone call, and taking messages. 14.Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office 15.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries 16.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 17.Prepare meeting and training rooms,Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. 18.Manage files and documents, and provide them to the staff when asked. Disseminating details through phone, fax and e-mail. 19.Organizing and keeping files and handling projects. 20.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. 21.Excelled in role requiring the ability to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks and resolve customer issues with expediency.

22.Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public, File and maintain records

23. All kinds of office work maintenance for the staff up to 40 personnel including Consultant and Client and entry all kind of document in Computer.
