Employment History

To ensure timely execution of rental reservation, increase productivity & allocation of vehicles for the walk-in requirement. I was Operating & Single handled the fleet counter sales of more than 300 vehicles in Dubai

& northern emirates from passenger to commercial vehicles. Organizing & ensuring timely customer deliveries/collection vehicles by establishing and implementing clear & efficient processes and workflow. Reporting a variety of customer issues, daily service & maintenances reports, problems, and priorities simultaneously to GM regularly with gathered information on the needs of all customers was assigned to me.

As a team, we make sure customer satisfaction, job quality, servicing & time duration are recorded while doing service.

Giving user suggestions in time of mechanical/accident cases and arranges a towing for them 24 hours a day.

Handling customer negotiations during vehicle service & accident cases was also a very important part of my role.

Following up on the progress of each repair order (accident/mechanical) during the day to meet given deadlines.

Monitoring work in progress periodically to ensure insurance claims processed on time. Supervising estimation & using AXA computer-based software for motor claims & approvals.

Analyses the quote & rates from different garages, Auto parts supplier & concurrently dealing with the permitted workshop to save cost & improve quality. Responsibly supervising fleet road accidents arrange for tow trucks & interacts with HSE for safe practices to follow an insurance agency on processing claims. Preparing customs documents & clearing shipments of parts & updating inventory. Storing Generate maximum revenue by coaching staff on effective prospecting and lead development strategies throughout the year.

Monitoring Drivers & VPA productivity and optimize procedures to reduce cost & increase utilization of vehicle & manpower by routing the task to drivers through efficient manners. Focusing & Maximizing VPA target, driver time, and efficiency by revamping delivery schedules and workloads.

Enforce strict Entering & exiting vehicle details in ERP (Leasepro), updating vehicle status as per sell cycles, blocking & unblocking of blacklisted customers as per a report from senior management on a monthly basis to have clear reports for management. Manage project expectations regarding bulk vehicle availability, specification & complaints.
