Project : INSTALLATION OF NEW LP LEAN GAS COMPRESSORS SYSTEM AND

ASSOCIATED WORKS AT BOOSTER STATION, BS-180 (EPC PROJECT)

Project : GAS DELEVERY SYSTEM POWER PLANT-12 (EPC PROJECT)

Client : SEC (PMC-SAUDI ARAMCO.)

Work Executed:

Gas delivery system project consist of construction of 28’fuel gas pipeline to supply fuel gas from cross country pipeline to powerplant-12. It also includes a scraper receiver and a launcher facility.

Project : KING ABDULLA PETROLEUM STUDIES AND RESEARCH CENTRE (EPC PROJECT)

Client : SAUDI ARAMCO.

Company : SOUTH KOREAN ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTIONS (SK E&C)

Designation : SITE CIVIL ENGINEER.

Work Executed:

King Abdulla petroleum studies and research center situated over 200 hectares to the north of Princes Norah University, Riyadh. The residential complex consists of 190 villas and a 2 executive villas, 6 community building, lift station visitor Centre, drivers’ house and a mosque.

Infrastructure detail consist of 8 main roads and internal roads, water supply pipeline, drainage line, storm water and sanitary system. The project is confined by a boundary wall of 5.7 km’s casted at site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as a main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors. Ensure that subcontractor adhered to proper permitting procedure.

Ensure that subcontractor providing all required competent personnel at the site, personal protective equipment’s, adequate manpower and equipment to execute the work as per schedules.

Coordinating with all other disciplines such as Mechanical/Electrical, Civil and Architectural.

Assist with final Inspection of work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of Punch list. Verify the accuracy of contractor’s As-built Drawings.

Checking plans, Drawings and Quantity for accuracy of calculations.

Ensure that all aspects of project, Material use and work perform are carried out as per Inspection Plan/Drawings/Codes-Standards and Project Specifications.

Ensure that project is being built as specified in the scope of work.

Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

Day to day management of site. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Ensure The Efficiency, The Quality and Performance of Civil works meet the Project objectives.

Resolving any unexpected Technical issues and other problems that may arise during Work Progress.

Preparing reports as required.

Ensure that all project inspections/monthly progress are recorded.

Assist project team in Reviewing, Responding and Quantifying Variations and Claims submitted by subcontractor for civil work.

Establish and maintain effective communication with the design team for the clarification of technical queries, Civil shop drawings and other Design matters with relevant supporting documents for drawing approvals.

KEY SKILLS:

Site experience in basic design requirements, estimation, installation and all site activities related to all Civil works for construction of Oil and Gas and infrastructure projects

Familiar with all the Civil Engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools and manpower allocations related to civil works for Industrial and Infrastructure projects.

Well versed in interpreting and executing civil related drawings.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
