The topic of the project is “EMPLOYEE RETENTION
STRATEGIES” with special reference to heavy civil
infrastructure of Larsen & Toubro (construction), Chennai. It brings out the behavioral aspect of the employees working in L&T. The main objective of the study is to find the factors that cause more job satisfaction to the employees. From the analysis it was found that the employees of L&T were much satisfied with the concern and caring given by their management. Training programs are help them to enhance their knowledge in the respective field and also brings better utilization of Employee’s ability.
