infrastructure of Larsen & Toubro (construction), Chennai. It brings out the behavioral aspect of the employees working in L&T. The main objective of the study is to find the factors that cause more job satisfaction to the employees. From the analysis it was found that the employees of L&T were much satisfied with the concern and caring given by their management.
