Post Closing Manager – Huntsville, AL

Manage 65 Employees in all aspects of 7 Departments within the Post Closing Department:

1. Intake Department – Manage department to insure that all documents are received by the Title Company in a timely manner;

2. Shipping Department – Manage department to insure that all files are shipped to investors correctly and in a timely manner;

3. Post Closing Department – Manage department to insure that all conditions on loans are cleared so the loan can be purchased by our investors. Assist with running AUS, preparing PCCD and another other documentation needed to clear files for investors;

Wrote and enforce all Policies and Procedures for all Departments within Post Closing;

Coordinate with Collateral Department and Warehouse Banks to insure that all Notes are shipped to the investors and that the loans are purchased off of the line in a timely manner;

Hire and train all new employees within the Department;

Reconcile MERS and PMI Certifications after files are purchased.

Prepare and update the daily Warehouse Line Report for all open files on the line to update Upper Management on all aspects of the file;

Meet with Upper Management on a daily basis to go over Warehouse Reports and any issues on files that need to be rectified;

November 2015 to Present – Tidewater Home Funding

Handle all aspects of LOS (Calyx Point) – Set up users, create and prepare reports, implement rules, maintain all integrations within the system;
